ADHD pack: titration and letters
Titration
In the Titration tab, start a plan with the medication, starting and target dose. The starting blood pressure, pulse and weight come from today's vitals.
At each review choose Continue, Increase, Decrease or Stop. An increase must be above the current dose. Dose and pulse trends show at the top. Nurses can see plans but only prescribers change doses.
Letters
The Letters tab drafts a shared-care request or update to the GP from the plan, readings and latest score. Edit it, then print it or press Share with the patient's app.
