The patient app, built for older patients first
Most specialist clinics see many older patients. Everything in the app is designed so they can use it alone - or with a son or daughter beside them.
How a patient starts
At the desk
Reception taps "Give app access" and prints a slip with a QR code and a one-time code.
On the phone
The patient points the camera at the QR code, chooses a PIN of four to six numbers, and adds the app to the home screen.
Every time after
Open the app, type the PIN. Five wrong PINs lock it until the clinic gives a new code.
Large and simple
Large text by default, three sizes, one decision per screen, big buttons.
Read aloud
Every card can be read aloud by the phone's own voice, in English or Arabic.
Family carers
A carer gets their own login with the patient's agreement recorded by the clinic; the app shows whose care they manage.
What patients see
Next appointment with confirm or cancel, booking requests, current doses, prescriptions, letters from the doctor.
Messages to the clinic
With a photo if needed. The clinic's reply promise and the emergency numbers are shown before writing.
Notifications
Free, standard web notifications for replies and reminders - never medical details on the lock screen.
