Privacy notice for this website

This notice covers the CareLink Clinics website and its contact form. Patient records held by clinics using CareLink are the responsibility of each clinic and are covered by the clinic's own privacy notice.

What we collect

When you send the contact form we keep what you type (name, clinic, country, specialty, number of clinicians, email or phone, message), the date, and a short one-way code derived from your network address to stop abuse. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why

To answer you and talk to you about CareLink, because you asked us to. We do not sell or share your details.

How long

We delete contact-form details after 12 months unless you become a customer.

Where

On servers we manage. We do not send your details to third-party services.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to us through the contact form.
