The AI assistant (optional)
The AI assistant is off until your clinic switches it on, and it needs a model server on your own network (for example Ollama with an open model). It is included from the Specialist plan.
- Your IT person or Makavilla connects the model server.
- Admin → Video & AI: switch the assistant on.
- On the Doctor screen: Structure my notes turns rough notes into a draft; Summarise history before a visit; Letter for the patient in plain Arabic or English.
Every result is marked as an AI draft and nothing is saved until the doctor edits and saves it. CareLink refuses a server outside your network unless the clinic explicitly agrees.
