Branch groups and the group dashboard

For the Medical centre and Clinic group plans. Makavilla links your branches into a group and names your group admins.

A group admin gets a branch picker in the header and switches branch without signing in again.
Group dashboard: visits, billed, collected, outstanding, appointments, no-shows and new patients per branch and in total, for any period up to a year.
Only totals leave each branch - never a patient's details.
All branches must be in the same country.
