Dental pack: chart, treatment plan, billing

The dental pack is on for clinics set up as dental.

1. Doctor → Dental tab: the FDI chart, with permanent, primary or mixed teeth.
2. Choose a tooth, the surfaces and a finding: caries, filling, crown, root canal, implant, missing and more.
3. Add treatment-plan lines. Prices come from your DENT- services in Admin → Pricing.
4. Send to billing adds the line to the visit's invoice once; Mark done updates the chart.
5. Print the chart, plan and total for the patient.
