Dermatology pack: lesions, photos, biopsies

In the Skin lesions tab, add a lesion with its body site. It is labelled L1, L2 and so on for that patient.

Choose Clinical or Dermoscopy and press Add photo - on a tablet this opens the camera.
Press Mark biopsy sent; when the report arrives, type the result and save. The lesion moves to Biopsy resulted.
Use the ABCDE check in Assessments for pigmented lesions.
