Doctors: the consultation screen

Open a patient from the waiting list. The tabs across the top hold the whole visit:

Summary - vitals, history, full record.
Notes - consultation notes and diagnosis.
Orders - lab and imaging tests, prescriptions. Allergy and drug-interaction warnings appear before you send. Tick Controlled drug for Schedule 2/3 items.
Specialty tabs - assessments, titration, skin lesions or letters, depending on your clinic.
Messages - every conversation with the patient, and a way to write first.

Press Finalize when the visit is done; prescriptions for an outside pharmacy do not hold it up.
