InstaPay, wallets and ETA e-receipts
Set up (free)
Admin → Payments & e-receipts: enter the clinic's InstaPay address or mobile, and its wallet numbers (Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, Etisalat Cash, WE Pay). They appear on printed invoices, in the patient app and on the appointment link.
Taking a payment
In Cashier choose InstaPay or the wallet and type the transfer reference - a reference can be used only once. When a patient taps I've paid, the report waits under Online payments & e-receipts: check your account, then confirm it in one click or reject it with a reason.
ETA e-receipts
Enter the clinic's ETA issuer details. A receipt can be built for every fully paid invoice and exported. Once the clinic's ETA credentials are entered and switched on, receipts are submitted automatically and failed ones retried. Medical services are VAT-exempt by default - check with your accountant.
Optional: Paymob or Fawry
With your own merchant account, enter your keys to create card, wallet or Fawry-reference payment links. Off until you switch it on.
