Giving patients the app

Open the patient's record in Reception and find Patient app.

1. Press Give app access. A slip appears with a QR code and a one-time code. Print it and hand it over.
2. For a family carer, press Add a family carer, enter their name and relationship, and record how the patient agreed.
3. Forgotten PIN or new phone? Press New code.
4. End access stops the app on every phone at once.

Codes work once and expire after 7 days.
