For patients: using the app
Setting up
Point your phone's camera at the square on the slip from your clinic and tap the link. Choose a PIN of 4 to 6 numbers you will remember. In your browser menu choose Add to Home screen.
Opening
Tap the app and type your PIN. If you get it wrong five times, ask the clinic for a new code.
What you can do
- See your next appointment and press Yes, I will come or Cancel.
- Ask for an appointment.
- See your medicines and letters from your doctor.
- Send a message to the clinic. Not for emergencies - call 999 in the UK or 123 in Egypt.
Make the text bigger in Settings, and press Read aloud on any card.
