Reception: booking, check-in and reminders
Booking
In Appointments, find the patient, choose the doctor, the visit type and the time. The visit type decides the price billed.
Check-in
When the patient arrives, press Check in on the appointment. Add vitals if your clinic takes them at the desk. The doctor sees the patient waiting straight away.
Reminders
Reminders go out automatically by the channels your clinic chose. If WhatsApp is set to click-to-send, open Reminders: each message is already written - press Send on WhatsApp, then send in WhatsApp. Patients who confirm show a Confirmed badge.
App requests
Booking requests from the patient app appear in App requests. Book the visit, then mark the request as booked.
