Video consultations
- Reception books the appointment as Video call.
- At the time, the doctor presses Start video call in today's appointments. The patient is checked in and the call opens in a new tab.
- The patient presses the large Join video call button in the app or on the reminder link, from 15 minutes before the appointment.
Which video server
Admin → Video & AI. The default is the free public meet.jit.si service, run by 8x8; the doctor signs in there with Google, GitHub or Facebook to open the room. For routine care we recommend the clinic's own Jitsi server.
