Automatic WhatsApp reminders (optional)

Click-to-send WhatsApp is free on every plan. Automatic reminders from your clinic's own WhatsApp Business number are included from the Specialist plan; Meta bills the clinic for each conversation.

1. In Meta Business Manager, create a WhatsApp Business account, add your number and create a permanent access token.
2. Create a reminder template in Arabic and/or English and wait for approval.
3. Admin → Messaging → WhatsApp → WhatsApp Cloud API: enter the phone number ID, token, app secret and template names.
4. Paste the callback URL and verify token CareLink shows into Meta's webhook settings.

Patients reply 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel (Arabic words work too). Other replies arrive in the staff Inbox.
